Every 2 hours during market hours (16:35 / 18:35 / 20:35 UTC), re-pulls EODHD movers + scores them as in pre-market, then applies a VWAP + live-RVOL confirmation gate (the morning ORB filter isn't valid mid-session). Only A+/A grades fire; B is too speculative without ORB.
